Six documents set out what this product holds, what it publishes, and what it will not do.

Notice 11, LegalLast true on

A product that publishes facts about people and places has to say in advance, and in public, what it holds, what it publishes and what it refuses to do.

These six documents are that statement. Each one is short, each one stands on its own, and none of them defers to a term kept somewhere else. They are written to be read rather than filed.

11.1 Privacy
The privacy notice sets out what is held about an account, the lawful basis for holding it, where it is stored, and what deletion removes.
11.2 Terms
The terms of supply state what the product supplies, what it never does on a user's behalf, and the law that governs it.
11.3 Cookies
The cookie statement lists what this site sets and when. It sets nothing before consent, and there is no cookie wall.
11.4 Editorial standards
The editorial standards give the corroboration floor, the three confidence labels, the categories a human signs off, and the rules on naming a person.
11.5 Complaints and corrections
The complaints and corrections notice gives the route for a complaint, how a correction is made and travels, and the right of reply.
11.6 Text and data mining, and licensing
The licensing statement gives the basis on which material is read, cited, linked and, in the few cases where it is permitted, stored.

The product is not open yet. These documents bind from the day it opens, and the date at the head of each one is the date its content was last true.

These are the six, and there is not a seventh.
